Built in 1921, the Farrar Schoolhouse was abandoned in 2002. Nancy and Jim Oliver, a local couple, bought the abandoned schoolhouse and soon started experiencing strange phenomena, like hearing disembodied voices and seeing shadow people and orbs. One day, Nancy lost her balance on the stairs and felt a hand on her shoulder helping her catch her balance. She turned to thank who she thought was her husband, but it turned out that nobody was there.
